Watch a Japanese Humanoid Robot Sink Two Free-Throw Shots During The Olympic Basketball Game — GeekTyrant

As humans progress toward a robot-dominated world, the Japanese have created an A.I. humanoid robot named CUE 4. The robot showed up during half-time of the USA vs. France basketball game at the Olympics in Tokyo. The robot was placed on the court where it proceeded to sink two perfect free throw shots.

CUE4 was built by employees of the Frontier Research department of Toyota Central R&D Labs in their spare time. Apparently, none of these employees have had experience in building a robot before or dabbling with artificial intelligence. So, that’s a recipe for apocalyptic disaster.
