Two children were injured after a rollercoaster ride malfunctioned at a Scottish theme park. A rollercoaster derailment occurred at Landmark Adventure Park in highland town Carrbridge. Injuries were said to be minor and were treated at the scene. Another six people were assessed but didn’t require medical treatment.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were called and a police spokesperson said the accident was caused by a mechanical failure to the Runaway Timber Train ride.
