Actress Thandiwe Newton is not in a good place, and reports say that she is having a mental breakdown and is heading to rehab, MTO News has learned. And it’s because her husband – who is White – is divorcing her.
The couple share three children together and it’s unclear who is expected to get custody of their youngest, an 8 year old son. But if her husband get custody, Thandiwe will certainly pay a hefty child support payment – since UK laws are draconian.

Thandiwe was fired from her new movie “Magic Mike 3” for acting bizarrely on set amid the breakdown of her marriage.
The “Westworld” star was in London filming the third installment of the movie “Magic Mike” with Channing Tatum when staffers on set began noticing that the gorgeous actress was acting strangely.
Multiple sources told the NY Post’s Page Six that Thandiwe has been battling “emotional and family problems” after separating from her husband of 24 years Ol Parker. Her husband is a powerful movie executive, who spends a good deal of time at home with their children.
A source explained to Page Six, “There is a lot going on in her personal life, she and her husband have separated. She seemed so stressed she even brought her two pet rabbits to her hotel for emotional support.”
“Thandiwe’s team wants her to go to rehab for mental health support. She was supposed to leave immediately for a facility, they tried for a Malibu rehab, but they couldn’t take her. Arrangements are now being made to go to a facility in Arizona, if she agrees to go.”
Poor Thandiwe, we really hope she get the help she needs.
