Sam Asghari Accuses Britney Spears of Domestic Violence: Report

Britney Spears’ estranged husband, Sam Asghari, is accusing the singer of domestic violence.

Citing sources with “direct knowledge,” TMZ reports that Spears got “physical” with Asghari on “numerous” occasions during their seven-year relationship. In one alleged incident, Spears attacked Asghari while he was sleeping.

TMZ’s report also includes photographs of Asghari that allegedly show bruises and other injuries caused by Spears.

News of Spears and Asghari’s impending divorce came to light on Tuesday (August 16th). The two began dating after first meeting on the set of Spears’ “Slumber Party” music video in 2016. Days after Spears’ conservatorship was terminated in September 2021, she and Asghari announced their engagement. The couple married in June 2022.
