Patton Oswalt Hilariously Predicted THE BOOK OF BOBA FETT Opening in His PARKS AND RECREATION Filibuster — GeekTyrant

The first episode of The Book of Boba Fett gave us the backstory on Boba Fett and showed us how exactly he escaped from the belly of the Sarlacc that he fell into in Return of the Jedi.

Well, it turns out that the way part of the scene played out in the episode is exactly how Patton Oswalt described it in his legendary Star Wars filibuster in the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation. It’s actually pretty cool, and it makes me wonder if Jon Favreau, who wrote the episode, did it on purpose because it’s spot on!
