Kim Kardashian recently underwent a new butt reduction surgery, MTO News has learned. According to a person close to the reality star, Kim is in the midst of a complete image change.

The insider, who spoke to MTO News on the condition of anonymity explained, “Kim is still trying to be sexy, but more classy sexy. She’ changing her body to look more runway model, and less Instagram model.”
The insider claims that Kim was already undergone liposuction, removing fat from her butt.

But the image change is not just a physical one. Kim’s hoping to be taken more seriously as well. The insider told MTO News, “Kim is not just a reality star or a model, she wants to be looked at as a humanitarian and a businesswoman.”
And we guess humanitarians can’t have gigantic butts.

Most of Kim’s recent Instagram activity are pictures of her and her kids. Her latest pics show her and son Saint, one of her four kids with Kanye West.
In the adorable pictures of Kim and Saint sharing a meal, she captioned the post “No one cuter.” The post drew affection from fellow celebrities that include Nicki Minaj, Winnie Harlow, and Snoh Aalegra.
