Larry Emdur has listed his Art Deco apartment in Sydney‘s The Rocks for sale, five years after purchasing the property for a reported $3million.
The apartment, located in a warehouse in the city centre, has three bedrooms and a private lift entry.
Larry and his wife Sylvie Emdur purchased the home in 2017 after selling their Dover Heights clifftop property for $11.5million.

The warehouse is a conversion of a 1924 building that was previously used as a depot for the Cadbury confectionary company.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which boast their own lavish marble ensuites.
It also has a luxurious kitchen with a cocktail counter, a stunning fireplace and open plan living.

It comes after Larry sold his investment apartment in Bondi Beach for $1.055million at its scheduled auction last month.
The former Price is Right game show star managed to secure a buyer for the home, which had been collecting $850-a-week in rent.
According to Realestate.com.au, the 56-year-old bought the Art Deco pad in 2001 for $400,000 and sold it for $65,000 above the reserve.

The beachside apartment is quietly positioned to the rear of the block and is a short stroll from the sand.
The Art Deco pad features two bedrooms, a spacious living room and a dining area.

It still has its original features, including high ceilings and its spacious balcony offers glimpses of the ocean.
