FX has released a trailer and clip for its upcoming animated horror-comedy Little Demon. The show comes from Rick & Morty creator Dan Harmon, and it stars the voices of Danny DeVito as Satan and Aubrey Plaza. The series looks hilarious!
In the story, “It has been 13 years since being impregnated by Satan, and a reluctant mother, Laura, and her Antichrist daughter, Chrissy (Lucy DeVito, the daughter of Danny), attempt to live an ordinary life in Delaware. However, the two are constantly thwarted by monstrous forces, including Satan, who yearns for custody of his daughter’s soul.” Plaza plays Chrissy’s mom.
As you might imagine there’s a lot of wild insanity, weirdness, murder, and of course, a lot of blood and gore! The series was created by Darcy Fowler, Seth Kirschner and Kieran Valla.
FX’s Little Demon will be released on Hulu beginning August 25th. Enjoy the trailer!
