Drew Barrymore has listed her lavish Hamptons home, which was converted from a 1920 barn, for an eye-watering $8.45 million.
The 49-year-old movie star acquired the sprawling property in Sagaponack, New York in 2019 and was thought to have paid $5.5 million.
She has since embarked on a renovation of the 1.7-acre estate, which is located in an area lush with trees and gardens less than a mile from the beach.
Along with the main house, which boasts seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, the spread also includes a one-bedroom one-bathroom guesthouse.
