Konami recently released Structure Deck: Cyber Strike for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG. This deck comes with tons of cards to support a new strategy mixing Cyber Dragon and Cyberdark cards. I am not sure if this makes either strategy competitive, but maybe I’m wrong. I feel like the Yugituber Ruggles helped get people excited for Cyber Dragon with his recent Sealed Only series. The deck comes with a lot of the core needed for that deck along with a core of Cyberdark monsters so you can create the new monster Cyberdark End Dragon which isn’t a joke. It’s got 5000 ATK, is unaffected by activated effects, and can attack multiple times in a turn. Of course, there are some cards that fans will probably want to add like Cyber Dragon Infinity and Cyber Dragon Nova. Thankfully, those cards aren’t super expensive.
Of course, even if you don’t care for either strategy, the deck does come with the competitive staple Infinite Impermanence at Super Rare which at the time of writing this is costing $10 by itself for the cheapest version. Might as well grab a ton of other cards, right? Sadly, we’re missing out on a copy of Lightning Storm like the OCG version, but that’s still not bad. Overall, this is a pretty great structure deck and blows out some of the more recent entries that we’ve gotten. Below, you can check out me unboxing the deck as Konami was kind enough to provide me with a copy. Are you excited for Cyber Strike?
