This year marks the 35th anniversary of James Cameron’s badass sci-fi film Aliens. This was the first rated R movie that I saw as a kid and it was one of the best movie-going experiences of my life! I love this movie and every time I watch it to this day, it’s an awesome and fun experience.
Anyway, I’ve got a few cool videos here to share with you today from Stan Winston Studios that offer a behind-the-scenes look at a few different aspects of the creation of the various Xenomorph alien VFX for the film. That includes tests for the Chestbuster, the Facehugger, and The Alien Queen.
