I’ve actually been on a big chicken fingers kick recently. I’ve been eating a lot of chicken fingers from a lot of different places. I’ve never really been a fan of chicken figures, but I’ve actually found a couple of places that are freakin’ delicious. One is Charlie’s Chicken Fingers located in Utah and the other is Raising Canes.

Anyway, Binging with Babish has released a new video showing us how to make our own chicken fingers, and these, in particular, were inspired by the comedy series Community:

During my weekly re-watching of Community, I was reminded that an entire episode was dedicated to the study group’s Goodfellian pursuit of chicken fingers. Needing a break after last week’s culinary marathon, I jumped at the opportunity to brine some tendies in pickle juice just to see what happens. Turns out, it tastes real good! Thanks Greendale!
