Ben Lee claims he once licked ecstasy off Kate Moss’ hand

Musician Ben Lee claims he once licked ecstasy off British model Kate Moss’ hand during bombshell podcast interview – leaving host Abbie Chatfield in shock

Australian musician Ben Lee made the shocking claim that he once licked ecstasy off British model Kate Moss’ hand in a bombshell podcast interview this week.

The 43-year-old singer told It’s A Lot host Abbie Chatfield about the alleged incident during Monday’s episode, claiming it took place years prior at Max Fish bar in New York – an iconic Manhattan venue which opened its doors in 1989.

‘What I wanted to ask you was about Kate Moss and ecstasy. Can you tell us that story?’ Abbie bluntly asked Ben during the show.

‘I think it was Max Fish in New York, actually,’ he said. ‘It was like a whole group of people, and then Kate Moss had MDMA crushed up on [her] hand, I guess.’

He then said he ‘had a little lick’, with Abbie responding: ‘So you licked MDMA off Kate Moss’ hand, is what you’re saying?’

After agreeing, he then revealed what the British model allegedly responded to him when he asked if he was going to ‘panic’.

‘She looked at me and goes, “you’re going to want to f**k”.’ he added.

‘It was the most perfect Kate Moss thing to say.’

Daily Mail Australia have contacted a representative for Kate Moss for comment.

Kate’s partying lifestyle saw her soar to headlines numerous times over the years, most notably when her picture was splashed on the front cover of The Mirror in 2005 with lines of white powder in front of her.

But these days, the 48-year-old lives a much different life – with the same publication reporting in January 2021 that she is now three years sober.

Her close friend, DJ Fat Tony, said in an interview last year: ‘Kate’s been clean for over two years.

‘Me and my sober mates now have a better time than we ever did when we used to drink and take drugs.’

Her younger sister Lottie also told The Mail On Sunday in 2018: ‘Kate is not drinking anymore, she is fully clean.’

She is now guiding her daughter Lila Grace’s fledgling modelling career.

Kate also explained in 2018 that she’s now living a very different life to her partying past.

Speaking to NBC’s Megyn Kelly in 2018, the fashion icon revealed: ‘I go to bed, I drink lots of water, not too much coffee, and I’m trying to cut down on cigarettes.’
