Last weekend at SXSW, Audible, the leading creator and provider of premium audio storytelling, hosted festival goers at The Audible Sound Experience from Friday, March 8 through Sunday, March 10, where guests immersed themselves in Audible’s vast catalog of premium podcasts, audiobooks, and Audible Originals through interactive, carnival-inspired experiences, as well as an extravagant celebration featuring a live performance and entertainers. 

Audible kicked-off the festival on Friday night with an exclusive After Dark party hosted in collaboration with Brooklyn-based creative collective, House of Yes, featuring a vibrant, live performance by Grammy-nominated dance music duo, The Knocks. Guests enjoyed the exhilarating entertainment while enjoying a preview of The Audible Sound Experience. 

Throughout the weekend, amusements at The Audible Sound Experience captivated SXSW Badge Holders and the public with the magic and diversity of audio storytelling. Guests took rides on a larger-than-life sonic Ferris wheel, played carnival-inspired games showcasing Audible’s premium audio content with the opportunity to earn prizes, and enjoyed classic beverages and concessions including corn dogs, cotton candy and popsicles, all infused with festive-themed listening moments.
