Kid Cosmic (Season 3)
Coming to Netflix: February 3rd


Kid Cosmic will be bowing out with its third season in February and leaning heavily on the superhero genre the show is rooted in.
The kids series is among the highest-rated titles the streamer has produced in-house and comes from Craig McCracken who is most known for The Powerpuff Girls.
Raising Dion (Season 2)
Coming to Netflix: February 1st


Can you believe it’s been over two years since Raising Dion first premiered on Netflix? Us neither. Well, after delays thanks to you know what, the show is finally returning for a second season.
Here’s what you can expect from season 2:
“Season 2 follows Dion as he continues honing his powers with the support of his mom and Tevin (Rome Flynn), his Biona trainer who catches Nicole’s eye. After befriending new student Brayden (Griffin Robert Faulkner) — a fellow powered kid — a series of alarming events unfold, and Dion learns that danger is still looming. Navigating twists, turns, and surprise visitors, Dion and Nicole must prevail again — not just to save themselves, but the entire city of Atlanta.”
Sweet Magnolias (Season 2)
Coming to Netflix: February 4th


The feel-good book adaptation series Sweet Magnolias finally returns with Sheryl J. Anderson continuing showrunning duties into season 2.
Here’s what we can expect going into the second season:
“As Season 2 opens, Maddie, Helen, and Dana Sue learn who is in the car. But that’s just the first of many surprises that come out of Prom Night — surprises that reshape relationships all over town. Friendships flounder. Old loves end and new loves begin. Long-hidden secrets disrupt jobs, change lives, and shift the balance of power in Serenity. Everyone is affected. Inventing Anna (Limited Series)
Coming to Netflix: February 11th


One of our most anticipated limited series coming up to Netflix for the entirety of 2022 let alone February 2022 is Inventing Anna. Julia Garner, most known for her award-winning performance in Ozark, will play the real-life con-artist Anna Delvey.
Alongside Garner will star Anna Chlumsky, Katie Lowes, Laverne Cox, and Alexis Floyd.
Inventing Anna is one of the many titles in development for Netflix by Shonda Rhimes and her production company, Shondaland.
Tall Girl 2
Coming to Netflix: February 11th


Emily Ting takes over the director’s chair for this new entry of the unlikely Netflix hit, Tall Girl.
The movie picks up after the events of the first film and sees Jodi Kreyman deal with her newfound popularity. Her miscommunications, however, start causing rifts with those around her and now she really needs to ‘stand tall’.
Space Force (Season 2)
Coming to Netflix: February 18th


Space Force is back. While season 1 wasn’t exactly the huge hit Netflix wanted when it hired the writer of The Office and its lead star but perhaps the series can find its feet and a big audience for season 2.
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2021)
Coming to Netflix: February 18th


Produced by Bad Hombre, the next Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie is coming exclusively to Netflix.
The horror franchise has been in the mainstream for decades and this movie, directed by David Blue Garcia, sees Leatherface return for the first time after 50 years of hiding.
Among the cast for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre includes Alice Krige, Elsie Fisher, Nell Hudson, and Sarah Yarkin.
Vikings: Valhalla (2021)
Coming to Netflix: February 25th


One of our most anticipated titles of the year is Vikings: Valhalla. The brand new spin-off of the excellent series that first aired on HISTORY channel is coming exclusively to Netflix.
Led by Jeb Stuart, this new series is set towards the end of the Viking Age years after the main series.
The series has been given a huge upfront order of 24 episodes which will split across three seasons.

One of the lockdown successes was the steamy Mexican drama Dark Desire which is coming back for a second season in early February but sadly, it’ll be its final season.
Finding Ola (Season 1)
Language: Arabic
Coming to Netflix: February 3rd


Originating out of Egypt is this brand new comedy-drama that focuses around a woman setting out on a journey of self-discovery in the attempt to reinvent herself.
Looop Lapeta (2022)
Language: Hindi
Coming to Netflix: February 4th


Sony Pictures Films India brings this new Indian comedy thriller. The movie primarily follows a Savi who is working against time to rescue her boyfriend but keeps hitting dead ends.
Aakash Bhatia directs with Tahir Raj Bhasin, Taapsee Pannu, and Shreya Dhanwanthary starring.
Through My Window / A través de mi ventana (2022)
Language: Spanish
Coming to Netflix: February 4th


A romantic comedy movie out of Spain about a woman who is madly in love with her mysterious neighbor resolves to make him fall in love with her.
The movie is directed by Marçal Forés and stars Julio Peña and Pilar Castro.
Child of Kamiari
Language: Japanese
Coming to Netflix: February 8th
This new anime movie premiered theatrically in Japan in October and now comes exclusively to Netflix.
Here’s what you can expect:
“A year after losing her mother, a little girl learns that she must journey across Japan to the annual gathering of gods in the sacred land of Izumo.”
Bigbug
Language: French
Coming to Netflix: February 11th


Our most anticipated movie of February 2022 is Bigbug, a new tale from the director of Amélie, Delicatessen, and The City Of Lost Children, Jean-Pierre Jeunet.
The odd-looking movie sees humans now recluse from day-to-day jobs with AI running the world in effect. Robots have had enough, however, and lock the humans away while staging a coup.
Love Is Blind: Japan (Season 1)
Language: Japanese
Coming to Netflix: TBD


Love is Blind is heading East with a Japanese version of the Love is Blind franchise which has seen an American and a Brazillian entry thus far.
Presenting the show will be Takashi Fujii and Yuka Itaya who are dubbed as the navigators for Love is Blind: Japan providing commentary and tracking to see how the social experiment goes on.
