It’s unclear what role the 45-year-old Tony nominee was cast in, but he was wearing a seventies-era leather jacket and blue jeans as his costume.
Thomas leaned in close to the 36-year-old Oscar nominee to whisper something in her ear before shooting a street scene.

Amanda portrays Rya – a clinical psychologist ‘facing the most challenging case of her career’ – in Akiva Goldsman’s 10-episode drama about ‘The Campus Rapist’ Billy Milligan.
Seyfried resembled a seventies-era professional woman in a brown tweed blazer over a white scoop-neck top, dark brown pleated polyester pants, and matching high-heeled boots.
The Dropout producer-star wore her long natural blonde locks in a partial updo fastened with a barrette, and she kept her make-up minimal.
Production began March 31 on The Crowded Room, which is based on Daniel Keyes’ 1981 novel The Minds of Billy Milligan.
