HBO Max and Warner Bros. have revealed the release date for their original animated movie Aquaman: King of Atlantis, which originally aired in three parts on the cable network last October. The movie is based on the DC characters, and it stars Cooper Andrews as Aquaman, Gillian Jacobs as Mera, Tom Lennon as Vulko, and Dana Snyder as Ocean Master. The movie is produced by Warner Bros. Animation and executive produced by James Wan (Aquaman, Malignant).
In the three-part series, “Aquaman finally becomes king of Atlantis, but he has a lot of learning to do; thankfully, his advisors Vulko, a scholar, and Mera, a water-wielding warrior, are there to give him a hand.”
Aquaman: King of Atlantis will be released as a feature-length animated film on Digital and DVD on Tuesday, April 26th. The DVD will retail for $14.99 SRP.
